Once the patient intake form is submitted, a nurse will reach out to you on Whatsapp within 20-40 mins to confirm your information and your appointment time.

Collection & Results
A nurse will arrive at your house and or hotel and conduct a painless nasal swab. The results will come back from the lab depending on which test you take. An antigen test will take 2-3 hours, a PCR test will take 24 hours, and a Rapid PCR test will take 2-3 hours. The laboratory will follow up with an email with your test results.
