We guarantee these tests are authentic and fit for travel. We provide authentic concierge covid testing services for your traveling or healthcare needs. If a competent authority finds the tests invalid, we will immediately issue a full refund and pay for the costs of rebooking your airfare ticket upon receiving proof of invalidity.
We provide concierge at home testing services. We try our best to have the nurse there when scheduled and the test results returned within the indicated time. However, there are traffic jams, accidents and other delays – including the need to rerun a testing sample as the first test was inconclusive – that may delay the availability of the test results. Please let us know proactively if there are tight deadlines so that we can prioritize and accommodate as possible to make sure your results are timely.
We do our best to provide you testing services in the slot requested. If for some reason we cannot schedule testing within 2 hours of your selected time slot, we will offer you the options of an alternate time slot or a full refund. All bookings are subject to one free change of test time or test date. Cancelations are subject to a $45 per test restocking fee when the cancelation request is received before the nurse is dispatched. All sales are final upon nurse dispatch and cannot be refunded.
We do not handle medical records unless you authorize us to do so. We are a Saint Kitts-based technology-enabled concierge services company that partners with local labs worldwide to deliver seamless one-stop booking and shopping services. We do not receive, store or deal with any medical records unless you specifically request for us to contact the lab to obtain results on your behalf. To the extent you request us to obtain records for you from our lab partners, you irrevocably consent to us receiving, storing and transmitting these medical records.

We and our affiliates disclaim all express and implied warranties regarding the information, services, materials contained on this site, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Your use of this site is at your own risk. Access to this site may be interrupted and information, services and materials may not be error-free. Any unauthorized use of the words or images on the Online Services may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and civil and criminal statutes.
Access. This site is provided at our discretion. These terms are governed under the laws of St. Kitts and Nevis. The terms and conditions remain in effect unless and until modified, terminated, or otherwise altered by us. If, in our sole discretion, you fail to comply with these terms and conditions, we may terminate these terms and conditions without notice and deny you access to the site.
